This villa dates back to the early ‘900 and it was a soap factory. It was recently renovated preserving the antique Sicilian style.
The villa spreads on one level and has a large courtyard to be used as a parking lot or just for your relaxing activities. There is a gazebo with typical handmade wrought – iron table and chairs ideal for tasting granita with brioche. And if you are a pizza maker there is the original wood burning oven! As you enter the villa there is a bright dining room with sofa and satellite television. The kitchen is behind, new, with all the equipment you could need. There are three double bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and another additional single one with en suite bathroom. The second is with a French double bed (152 cm x 203 cm) and the third with a double too. There is another fresh and clean bathroom with a shower.
